Our Mission

Advocating for Marginalized communities and groups of people who face systematic disadvantage and discrimination, often due to factors like race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic status

Our Vision

We envision a community where seniors are celebrated and engaged, enjoying vibrant social lives and indoor /outdoor activities. We aim to empower youth through education, mentorship, and career opportunities, preparing them for successful futures.

Our vision includes a strong focus on mental health and emotional health, providing community resources and sessions to help them manage stress and anger effectively. Through our mentorship and multicultural events, we seek to break down barriers and build bridges of understanding, fostering a harmonious and cohesive community

CEO Name

Elsy Jacob (CEO)

Professor Elsy Jacob is a Community and Career Mentor, Writer, Commissioner of affidavits and oaths in Ontario Canada. She has taught many different Courses in Canadian Colleges, Institutes and Universities including Law clerk diploma, Community Services, Medical, Health, Social Services, Immigration Consultant Diploma(IPP) and other courses for over two decades and hence is a strong advocate of Ethics, Human Rights with Professional Practice Training and expertise in performance management.

She has been a support system, mentor for new immigrants, citizens, residents and professionals and helped them commence their practice. Her passion is community services and counselling besides helping youth and residents to achieve knowledge and awareness with their career goals. She has presented various webinars and has been on board of directors and panel judge for Malayalam and many other communities. She published her MAJOR law book worldwide and Amazon called "Canadian Immigration Pathways", in the Year 2021 and is currently working on new and updated series of books, both in immigration law and community services.

Professor Elsy Jacob also coaches new consultants and youth and helps them understand about ethics She has helped many career seeking individuals and students prepare for various licensing exams and coached them to pass in both Legal Licensing exams and English Language courses. Besides her masters degree in social work, she also has a TESOL from Canada, ADR Certification, a Higher Certificate of Law from U.K and an Hon. Doctorate in HRM from U.S.A. She is also an advocate of understanding rights for LGBTQ, Indigenous communities and domestic violence. Her focus is helping youth and other residents having a successful career goal and to help with emotional and mental health issues. Her experience in motivational research, career services, counselling, talk therapy coaching teaching and various courses for more than 20 years with many success stories is commendable and can be found in various platforms.
